Our 2013 event held March 23-24 was another sellout! Thanks to each of the 1,400 guests who attended our five American Girl Fashion Shows here in Baltimore and to the MANY volunteers, supporters and sponsors who helped to make this event a great success! Special thanks to our Presenting Sponsor, La Cakerie. More kudos to the 215 young models for participating in this important fundraiser benefiting Cool Kids Campaign and the University of Maryland Medical System Foundation, Inc. The models alone raised over $54,000!

WHAT IS THIS EVENT?

A fun-filled afternoon for girls and their families, friends and favorite dolls, featuring historical and contemporary American Girl fashions for girls and their dolls. Each child receives fun party favors and guests have the opportunity to purchase event-related souvenirs in the marketplace.

MODEL SEARCH

Over 800 girls walk the runway during our model searches held in January to try out for a spot in our American Girl Fashion Shows held annually in March. Over 200 girls are chosen to model. The model searches are held at Mall in Columbia, White Marsh Mall and Towson Town Center – all in the Baltimore area.

VIP GUEST MODEL PACKAGES

In addition to the 215 models chosen for five fashion shows, we offer 10 VIP Model spots per show, available on a first-come-first-served basis. VIP Model spots in 2013 were $150, in addition to the entry ticket price. A limited amount of VIP packages are offered per show; purchase of a VIP package also allows access to pre-sale general admission tickets.
